My staff of Slow Method trainers know what it takes to help you get in the best shape of your life. Then maintain that level of fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
As the name suggests, Slow Method Training calls for lifting and lowering a weight very slowly. Instead of completing multiple sets of various different exercises, Slow Method Training involves one set which might consist of just six repetitions.
However, each repetition lasts between 15 and 20 seconds. One set of each exercise, and you are done.
A typical workout lasts less than 30 minutes, and you do just two each week. Performed strictly according to protocol, you'll need to take 2-3 days of rest between sessions. This is all the stimulus your muscles need to grow.
Not only does Slow Method Training deliver greater gains in muscle size and strength than conventional programs, it's also better than other forms of exercise for helping you lose weight. In fact, the guidelines dictate that aerobic exercise such as running or cycling is unnecessary.

You will never have to wait in line for machines. You see, for an exercise program to work properly you need to make sure that you move from one machine to the next without interruption. This is imperative to getting an efficient workout.
There are NO contracts and NO pushy sales people - just trainers working with clients. Our goal is to get you into the best shape possible in the least amount of time. Working out only twice per week in 1/2 hour slots gives you the ability to be more efficient whether you are at home or on the job.
We encourage you to explore a balanced approach to nutrition and learn how. We offer individually tailored nutrition plans to make sure you are getting all of the nutrients that you need.
Your trainer will teach you how to shed excess body fat at the fastest possible rate and never be hungry between meals. This is not a temporary diet. It is a life long nutrition program to achieve super health.
